The reason why healing is challenging is bc we stop blaming everyone outside of ourselves and start looking within. To forgive ourselves means we stop accusing everyone, it means we start seeing the world with more love, with more compassion. Holding compassion for the ones who have hurt come from understanding they are also in pain, it comes from understanding you came from an infinite source and that you signed up for this human experience. You stop seeing the world with only logic and you understand we learn through pain as much as through love. We understand we come here to evolve and that is impossible with no challenges.
You are more than you think, no time for victim mindsets.
Fill yourself up with so much love that it radiates to those around you. Regardless of where you came from or who you may be, you are the most beautiful of sunbeams capable of filling the world with beauty.
